Visiting Team Information

Arrival, Unloading, and Parking
  • All visiting football, band, cheer, drill team, color guard, and support-group buses should enter the stadium complex using the route provided by Argyle ISD before game day.
  • Argyle ISD staff will direct buses to the designated unloading and parking areas and will provide access to the visiting field house, visitor sideline, group seating, and staging areas.
  • Visiting teams may access the field two hours before kickoff unless a different arrival time has been approved.
  • Upon arrival, the visiting team representative should check in with the Stadium Director or assigned event administrator.
  • Buses and equipment vehicles must remain in assigned areas and must not block emergency lanes, fire lanes, pedestrian routes, or service drives.
Visiting Team Bus and Player Drop-Off
  • The visiting football team bus should enter from US Highway 377 and proceed to the south side of the AHS IAC directly north of the stadium.
  • Players and team personnel should unload at the visiting locker room entrance on the south side of the IAC.
  • After player drop-off, the bus should proceed to the designated Bus Parking Only area at the south end of the stadium.
  • Bus drivers should follow posted signs and instructions from stadium traffic and security personnel.
Team Areas and Pregame Operations
  • The visiting field house is reserved for the official team travel party and approved school personnel.
  • Only authorized personnel may enter the opposing team's locker room, sideline coaches' booth, or team area.
  • Each team is responsible for bringing and operating its own headset communication equipment.
  • Teams should be ready for the tunnel entrance with 8:00 remaining on the pregame clock.
  • All field entrances, inflatables, run-through procedures, and special effects must be approved before game day.

Facilities, Press Box, Media, and Tickets

Facilities
  • The clear bag policy is strictly enforced at all public entrances.
  • Outside food and drink are not permitted, except unopened, factory-sealed water bottles and approved medical or infant-care needs.
  • Public restrooms and accessible facilities are available within the stadium.
  • Restricted team, operations, press box, and field areas require the appropriate credential.
Press Box and Media
  • Visiting coaches will be assigned to the designated visiting coaches' booth in the press box.
  • Visiting video crews will be assigned to the designated filming location. Space is limited and must be coordinated in advance.
  • Radio broadcasts and media space are limited and require prior approval.
  • Press-box credentials do not provide field, track, sideline, or locker-room access unless separately approved.
  • Independent media, photographers, radio crews, and other working media must submit the media credential request and receive approval before arrival.
Tickets and Passes
  • Tickets are digital and may be purchased through the Argyle ISD Sports website or the HomeTown Fan App.
  • Unless otherwise announced, ticket sales open at 8:00 AM on Monday of game week.
  • All children over the age of two must have a ticket.
  • A ticket provides stadium admission but does not provide restricted-area access.
  • Accepted passes include THSCA, TGCA, Texas Athletic Directors Association, SWATA, Argyle ISD staff passes, visiting-team senior-citizen passes, and UIL-designated district passes.

Band, Cheer, Drill Team, Spirit Groups, and Field Policies

Arrival and Seating
  • Visiting band, cheer, drill team, and color guard buses will unload in the assigned visiting-group unloading area at the south end of the stadium.
  • Argyle ISD event staff will direct each group to the correct entrance, seating section, sideline position, and staging area.
Banners, Inflatables, Sound Devices
  • Only handheld, non-pole, unzipped signs are generally allowed.
  • Balloons, confetti, streamers, air horns, and permanent affixing to railings are not permitted.
  • Visiting groups must provide their own generator when power is required.
  • Approved sound-producing devices must not interfere with officials, live play, PA announcements, emergency messages, or performances.
  • No baby powder or powder of any kind, plus any item that causes safety concerns or undue clean-up.
Field and Sideline Policies
  • Anyone on the field, track, or sideline who is not in the official uniform of a participating group must visibly display an Argyle ISD-issued credential.
  • Field access is limited to approved coaches, players, trainers, managers, directors, administrators, volunteers, media, and game-day personnel.
  • Unauthorized parents, guests, children, students, and spectators are not permitted on the field, track, sideline, team areas, or press-box level.
  • Photographers and videographers must remain in designated areas and follow instructions from officials and stadium staff.

Argyle ISD Stadium Credentials

General Credential Policy
  • Credentials are required for access to the field, track, sidelines, team areas, locker rooms, press box, media areas, and other restricted spaces.
  • Credentials must be worn above the waist and remain visible at all times.
  • Credentials may not be loaned, transferred, duplicated, altered, or shared.
  • Possession of a credential does not authorize entry into every restricted area. The printed access code and assigned duties control access.
  • Argyle ISD may revoke credentials for misuse, disruptive behavior, or failure to comply with stadium rules.

Credential Admission and Entry
  • An approved credential may serve as admission for the credential holder while working an assigned duty or attending as an approved guest.
  • A credential is not a general-admission ticket and does not admit additional guests.
  • Credential holders should enter through the designated credential, team, media, or will-call entrance as directed by Argyle ISD.
  • Credentialed individuals must comply with bag screening, security procedures, and all stadium policies.

Fan Information and Parking

Visitor Fans

Visitor fans should enter the campus from the east using US Highway 377, turn west onto Canyon Falls Drive, then enter the school complex through the east-side entrance and proceed to the designated Visitor Parking area on the east side of the stadium.

Home Fans

Home fans should approach the stadium from the west using FM 1171 / Cross Timbers Road, turn north onto Canyon Falls Drive, enter the campus from the west side, and proceed to the designated Home Parking area on the west side of the stadium.

General Parking Rules
  • Arrive early and follow instructions from law enforcement, parking attendants, and Argyle ISD staff.
  • Accessible parking is available in designated spaces on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Parking is prohibited in fire lanes, emergency routes, loading areas, grass areas, drive aisles, and restricted spaces.
  • Unauthorized vehicles may be ticketed or towed at the owner's expense.

Tailgating

Accessibility, Concessions, and Seating

Seating Map
Accessibility
  • Accessible parking and seating are available in designated areas, subject to capacity.
  • Companion seating is available near accessible seating where space permits.

Argyle ISD is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for students, athletes, coaches, officials, staff, visiting schools, and spectators.

  • Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or profane language or behavior may result in denied entry or removal.
  • Fighting, harassment, intimidation, throwing objects, interfering with participants or officials, possession of prohibited items, or failure to follow directions may result in removal or referral to law enforcement.
Emergency and Severe Weather Procedures
  • In an emergency, notify the nearest Argyle ISD staff member, security officer, or law-enforcement officer immediately.
  • Guests should listen for PA announcements and follow video-board messages, posted instructions, and directions from event staff.
  • Weather delays, shelter instructions, evacuations, and resumptions will be communicated through stadium systems and official Argyle ISD channels.
  • Do not enter the field, team areas, or emergency routes unless directed by authorized personnel.
Re-Entry Policy

No re-entry is permitted after a ticket has been scanned. A guest who leaves the stadium must purchase a new ticket to return, if tickets remain available. Exceptions may be made only by stadium administration for an approved emergency or operational reason.
